most credit union are open to the pilubc now, find one in your area and open an account. they normally offer the best interest rates, when you go to the car dealer and tell them you're going to fiance thu a credit union, they will ask you what cu and they will have a current rate chart for that cu and more than likely match the interest rate. also i've been seeing tv ads by some auto makers offering 0% interest for 60 months

Renee, I read the message you sent from Metatron and it was faniisatcng, also I see you photo in your website and you are such a lovely woman in all aspects of your persona. I don't know what I did right to have crossed your path but I feel extremely fortunate Renee, please don't pay attention to my past ramblings as I am the product of my best thinking. If I knew anything about anything I would not be in the situation I have been for such a protracted period, so don't give up on me. I have always felt close to you and have learned from you, there have been times that I have just been mad at the world blaming people, places and things while playing this role of a victim. I am not a victim of anything, the chaos around me is of my own orchestration and it only is this realization that has allowed me to move a little forward. I admire and respect you greatly, more than you perhaps realize. Love Bobby

With interest rate as low as it is now. No point of gteitng refinance later. Now it's almost 5%. unless interest rate drop to about 3.5%, dont even bother to consider refinance. Refinancing is when you borrow a new loan to terminate your current loan. Fee to consider when refinancing, pre-payment penalty fee(from you current loan for not carrying out the full term of the loan), new loan application fee(usally 1-2% of the new loan amount), and of course some closing fees (small fee for lawyer and documentation).

It depends on svereal factors such as : 1) Do you need 100% financing? 2) Do you have a down payment and if so how much? 3) Are you a first time home buyer that would meet state income guidelines that have low interest rates? 4) Do you want to pay PMI or have the lender pay the PMI? These factors go into the pricing. A 660 will qualify for a good program, in today's market I would estimate depending on the loan program anywhere from 5.45%-6.875%. Good luck!

Supporting LEAF is reflective of good cmomunity citizenship and values in support of our cmomunity of Scenic Acres as a whole. Having recently canvassed around my home streets, I have been encouraged by the demonstration of such values from so many neighbours. Conversations around all sorts of issues that are valuable to our cmomunity arose and gave us something to connect about. As cmomunity residents we should take any advantage to be part of making our cmomunity better for everyone, not just our personal property but showing pride and support for others. I particularly like the fact that we, as residents, will have control over how our cmomunity greenspaces are cared for. This will only increase property value for everyone. Just taking a walk around one can see the neglect in these places. Being neighbourly and cmomunity-minded is one of the great strengths of our cmomunity I was pleased to see so much of those values being upheld still by so many cmomunity-minded citizens!. What a great place we live in!

Right on point Rachel. One other idea would to have this party at home and have make-up, hair supplies and dress-up cheltos on hand that Jordyn and her friends can use to create their own looks. Or do some paper bag dramatics where the girls are split into groups and given a paper bag with wacky and fun costume pieces and props that they have to use to dress each other with and create a little skit or tableau for the rest of the party. You might also consider hiring your favorite teenager, babysitter or young neighbor (or two or three) to serve as the make-up artists and hairstylists. It seems a little excessive to be paying salon professionals for a child's birthday party. You could even have someone on hand as the photographer to take fun polaroids of the girls which they could take home as party favors (or even decorate as an art project during the party). I don't think it's unreasonable to have a birthday party that involves make-up and dress-up. I think the key to keeping it age appropriate is to make sure the goal isn't to have all the girls looking like pageant contestants before they go home.

Lesson for us´╗┐ gay men : no matter what hneppas, no matter what we do, no matter how right it seems, DON T get into a sham marriage. It's the absolute worst thing that we could do. Instead of solving any problem, it'd create countless of them and hurt many many completely innocent people. Take it from some who was engaged to a girl for pretened purpose and ended up scarring the girl badly after disengagement. Trust me, you don't wanna feel guilty and indebted towards someone all your life.

Most shoppers LOVE their boxed and froezn fare. I am a bit of an anomaly. There is no soda or Velveeta in my cart! I purposely shop the perimeter of the store for meats, dairy and produce with a few conveniences (bread, cereal) thrown in. This forces me to cook from scratch and menu plan whether I feel like it or not. You can even find coupons for healthier options.
