I have a very serious cecronn about for the residents that live on Constitution St. in the alley. Twice this fall I have had to call EMS for my husband and both times they could not find us. They parked on Constitution near the park and only because I could hear them did I run out there to show them where to come in. There needs to be a bigger sign near the alley so people know Constitution ST. continues in the alley. A sign also at the end to the park between the brick house and the blue house with an arrow and numbers on it. As my husband is very ill and perhaps EMS will need to come again I would like to request the board to act on this urgent need. Please email and let me know the status.Thank YOUlJanet Vea 374 Constitution St.

Have you ever thought-about aidndg extra videos to your blog posts to maintain the readers extra entertained? A fence was erected in which the milareats were deemed in violation of the deed restrictions. The deed restrictions state no wire of any type and the fence uses welded steel. The HOA has determined that the welded steel rods qualify as wire . The HOA sends violation letters, but typically only acts on behalf of owners who complain about a violation. Further, the owner who is complaining must be willing to file suit. At that point the HOA will file suit on behalf of the owner with the complaint. We have tried to work with the HOA to find a compromise, but they have sent a letter stating that the violation must be cured immediately or they will file suit. We have verbally requested a mediation with the complaining owner, but the HOA refuses mediation and refuses to provide information on who is complaining. There is another fence in our section that uses the same milareats and no action was taken against that owner/fence.
